Questions

What is your previous computer experience?
I have used very basic photo manipulation services. No Photoshop experience.
I am also slightly tech-savvy, and am very familiar with most social media.
I am familiar with word, drive, excel, and various other basic operating systems.

What do you hope to get out of this class?
Photoshop skills, animation skills, and the ability to manipulate photographs into what want them to be.

What is the relationship between computers and visual studies?
It depends on the course. For instance, a drawing course might not be very computer-heavy. Whereas a course such as digital imaging will HEAVILY rely on such technologies.
The major as a whole can either gain from computers, or the computers may possibly subtract from individual exploration in such a subject from.

What is your experience with Photoshop and Illustrator?
Anywhere from none, to very very basic.
More illustrator, than nothing.

Do you have a computer at home? If so dose it have Photoshop and Illustrator?
Laptop, buying a new one soon.
No.

Do you use a Mac or PC?
I'm a Pc kinda guy.

What do you hope to get out of this class?
I've already answered this question ^

Who is your favorite artist?
Either Tim Burton (Various art, characters, and films.), or Hokusai (The Great Wave of Kanagawa).

Who is your favorite musician? Either Chester Bennington (Linkin Park, Dead By Sunrise, and Stone Temple Pilots), or Adam Young (Owl city, swimming With Dolphins, and Sky Sailing).

Tell me something interesting about yourself?
I am in a Fraternity, and this is my second year living there.

Write a five line story?
My sleeping schedule is so out of sorts.
I stayed up all night, and then slept all day.
Now I'm back on schedule, and hope that that is the way it will stay.
I am so excited to learn Photoshop, and continue to utilize it.
Hopefully, the animation portion of class (This semester) will help with my dream of creating stop-motion claymation films.
